George Shewan's Shoemaker's shop in Main Street, Hatton.

We are grateful to Brian Hay for sharing these pictures of his Grandfather's shop.

Brian writes that his grandfather later moved from this shop to the old green shed in the field, where he continued his business.

The shop is now occupied Joyce Currie, Hairdresser.
